Personal Use License

1. Grant of License: This license allows the user to use the provided Unreal Engine assets solely for personal, non-commercial projects. This includes personal learning, portfolio development, and non-monetized content creation.

2. Restrictions: The user is prohibited from using the assets in any commercial capacity. Redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing of the assets, either in their original form or modified, is strictly forbidden. The assets cannot be used in any offensive, unlawful, or defamatory context.

3. Modification Rights: The user is permitted to modify the assets for personal use, but cannot distribute the modified assets.

4. Term and Termination: This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if the user fails to comply with any of its terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties: The assets are provided 'as is' without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Indie License

1. Eligibility and Scope: This license is tailored for independent creators and small businesses whose gross revenue from all sources does not exceed $100,000 annually. The license covers the use of the assets in one commercial project.

2. Usage Rights: The licensee may use the assets in a single commercial project. The assets cannot be used in any additional projects without purchasing another license. The licensee is prohibited from redistributing, reselling, leasing, or sublicensing the assets.

3. Modification and Attribution: Modification of the assets is allowed for the specific licensed project. Proper credit must be given to 'Arghanion's Puzzlebox' in any project where the assets are used.

4. Warranty and Liability: The licensee acknowledges that 'Arghanion's Puzzlebox' is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the assets.

5. Term and Termination: This license remains in effect for the duration of the commercial project's lifecycle. Breach of terms will result in automatic termination.

Studio License

1. Eligibility and Usage: This license is designed for larger studios and companies with revenues exceeding $100,000. It allows for the use of the assets in multiple commercial projects.

2. Redistribution and Resale: The licensee is strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the assets in their original or any modified form.

3. Modification and Credit Requirements: The licensee may modify the assets for use in their projects. Credit must be given to 'Arghanion's Puzzlebox' in a conspicuous manner on all projects utilizing the assets.

4. Liability and Indemnity: The licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 'Arghanion's Puzzlebox' from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the assets.

5. Term and Termination: The license is valid indefinitely, subject to compliance with its terms. Violation of any terms will result in immediate termination of the license.
