If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.

 

Please note: for digital downloads, this right ends once your download or access begins, where you gave prior consent and acknowledged this at checkout (Article 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU).

 

To withdraw from or cancel an order, email us at arghanionspuzzlebox@gmail.com with your full name, your order reference number, and the email address used for the purchase.

 

We will confirm receipt and process valid requests within 14 days. Our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee may also apply - see our Refund & Returns Policy.
